Aowei Holding Limited has announced the renewal of a tenancy agreement between its indirect subsidiary, Laiyuan Aowei, and Ritan Club. The new contract, referred to as the 2025 Tenancy Agreement, was entered into on 1 October 2025 following the expiration of the previous agreement on 30 September 2025. Ritan Club is wholly owned by Aowei Group, which is 99% owned by Mr. Li Yanjun, Chairman and controlling shareholder of Aowei Holding Limited, and 1% owned by Mr. Li Xiaojun. As a result, the transaction constitutes a connected transaction under the Listing Rules. The transaction is subject to reporting and announcement requirements but is exempt from the requirements for a circular and shareholders' approval, as its highest applicable percentage ratio exceeds 0.1% but is less than 5%.
