NCT Alliance (KLSE:NCT) unit NCT Noble has signed a joint development deal with Epicon Land to revive a previously abandoned housing project in Selangor, Malaysia, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained 2% in Wednesday's midday trade.

The venture will develop 876 single-storey terrace houses on 72.14 acres of freehold land, with a gross development value of 347.7 million ringgit.

Construction is targeted to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, it said.

The project is expected to boost the company's earnings.
