Cryosite (ASX:CTE) said it entered into a binding contract to acquire a strategic freehold warehouse facility in Auburn, New South Wales, for AU$9.5 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The new facility will enable further revenue growth and mitigate future capacity bottlenecks, adding over 100% of warehousing and storage capacity to the business.

The acquisition will be funded with existing cash reserves and a new debt facility, while the completion of the acquisition is expected to occur in late November.
