Otto Energy (ASX:OEL) appointed Non-Executive Director Justin Clyne as interim company chairman, effective Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Clyne succeeded Interim Chair Geoff Page, who will transition to a non-executive director role and assume the position of chairman of the audit and risk committee, the filing said.
