Croesus IT (KLSE:CIH) plans to list on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia via an introduction, with no funds to be raised from the exercise, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The listing will involve its entire issued share capital of 2.5 million ringgit, comprising 100 million shares at a reference price of 0.12 ringgit, valuing the company at 12 million ringgit.

The listing aims to enhance the company's profile and facilitate future fund-raising, the filing said.
