Duty Free International (SGX:5SO) booked an attributable profit of 2.6 million ringgit for the fiscal second quarter ended Aug. 30, rebounding from an attributable loss of 3.2 million ringgit a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 0.0022 ringgit, compared with a loss per share of 0.0027 ringgit in the year-earlier period, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Revenue jumped 15% year over year to 42.6 million ringgit from 37.2 million ringgit.
Shares of the company were up over 2% at the close of trading on Tuesday.
