C&D International Investment Group Ltd. has announced its unaudited operating figures for the nine months ended 30 September 2025. The Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, achieved a cumulative contracted sales amount attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB71.03 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of around 7.5%. However, the cumulative contracted sales gross floor area attributable to shareholders was approximately 2.75 million square metres, marking a year-on-year decrease of about 15.8%. The company emphasized that these figures are preliminary and subject to change, as they are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts.
