Alpha Modus Holdings Inc. has launched new patent infringement lawsuits in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against Sensormatic Electronics, Johnson Controls International, Navori SA, and meldCX Pty Ltd. The complaints allege that these companies are unlawfully using Alpha Modus's patented artificial intelligence systems for monitoring real-time consumer behavior, sentiment analysis, and product interaction-technologies central to modern in-store analytics and digital engagement in retail. The suit claims that products such as Sensormatic's ShopperTrak Analytics and meldCX's Viana Analytics incorporate patented features like real-time facial recognition and personalized content delivery. This legal action marks an escalation in Alpha Modus's efforts to enforce its intellectual property portfolio, which underpins many of today's retail analytics and personalized advertising systems. The company currently has more than a dozen active enforcement actions and several licensing agreements as it seeks to protect its innovations in the global retail technology sector.
