Great Boulder Resources (ASX:GBR) found thick, high-grade gold mineralization during a recent drilling at its Side Well gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The results were up to 21 meters at 2.22 grams per tonne grade of gold from 41 meters, including two meters at 6.98 g/t gold from 54 meters.

The company said the project is close to the definition of an initial mineral resource estimate with only a small number of additional holes required.
