Abacus Global Management (ABL) said Monday it acquired AccuQuote, an online life insurance brokerage that allows customers to compare insurance policies from multiple providers.

The deal integrates AccuQuote's digital insurance marketplace with the company's wealth management offerings, Abacus Global Management said.

The acquisition will provide opportunities for revenue growth by monetizing monthly inquiries from policyholders who may not qualify to sell their current policies, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
