Telvantis Inc., a Florida-based telecommunications and enterprise solutions provider, has signed definitive agreements to acquire the operating subsidiaries of AmeriCrew Inc., a New Jersey-based telecom services company. The AmeriCrew subsidiaries bring a unique veteran-focused workforce development and apprenticeship model, supporting scalable, high-quality service delivery across the U.S. The combined companies plan to expand rapidly in the fiber, 5G wireless, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), and edge data center sectors, targeting high-growth markets for local data infrastructure and edge computing to support applications such as AI and crypto mining. The transaction is set to close before the end of 2025, pending customary approvals, and no common equity will be issued as part of the deal. The acquired entities will maintain their current management and operate largely independently. This acquisition marks the first step in Telvantis' strategy to become a leading provider of integrated fiber, wireless, and edge compute infrastructure, with additional acquisitions planned across the U.S.
