Irish convenience-food maker Greencore Group raised its full-year profit guidance for the third time in six months, citing revenue gains from favorable summer weather and new products.

The supplier to major U.K. grocery chains said it expects adjusted operating profit for the year at around 125 million pounds ($167.8 million) for the year ended Sept. 26. Analysts had forecast the metric at 121.8 million pounds, according to a company-compiled consensus.

It marks the third time that Greencore has raised profit guidance this year. In its update in July, the company increased its earnings guidance to between 118 million and 121 million pounds. It also upped full-year guidance in April at the end of the second quarter.

Greencore expects year-on-year growth in revenue of 8% for both the fourth quarter and fiscal 2025 as a whole, with revenue forecast at around 1.95 billion pounds for the full year. It launched 130 new products and saw volume growth in food-to-go categories such as sandwiches and sushi, the manufacturer said.

Greencore plans to report for the full year on Nov. 18, it said.

The company said it is also forging ahead with the acquisition of food manufacturer Bakkavor Group, which was approved in July.
