Nanoveu's Unit Starts Flight Trails to Validate Control System's Gains

Nanoveu (ASX:NVU), through its unit Embedded AI Systems, has started live flight trials on open-source drone platforms to validate the multi-purpose control system ECS-DoT's gains in real-world conditions, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The unit will also benchmark GPS-free indoor navigation using a minimal sensor suite powered entirely by ECS-DoT's artificial intelligence, to provide evidence that ECS-DoT can deliver reliable autonomy without heavy sensors or external positioning systems, the filing said.

Shares of the company fell 9% on market close.
