Aspen (Group) (SGX:1F3) said its unit Aspen Vision City sold a property unit to Aspen's group chief executive officer and president, Murly Manokharan, for 1.8 million ringgit, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in Tuesday trading.

The group CEO was entitled to a 10% employee discount and an 8% rebate on the amount payable after the discount.
