MBV International's (HKG:1957) controlling shareholder, MBV Capital, sold 10 million shares in the firm on the open market on Oct. 3, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent around 1.6% of the gift product seller's total issued share capital.

Following disposal, MBV Capital's stake in the firm fell to 421.3 million shares, or 67.1% of the total holding of MBV International, from 431.3 million shares, or 68.7% of the holding.
