Public transit providers have long underinvested in technology, using legacy and manual solutions with poor outcomes, the analysts say. Via's AI-driven platform is thus well positioned to add new customers, sell new solutions and expand its business with existing clients within a large $250 billion total available market in North America and Europe, they say.
