(IBP) has released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance $(ESG)$ report, outlining progress made during the past year on sustainability and social initiatives. According to the report, IBP has reduced CO2 emissions from spray foam applications by approximately 89% from a 2020 baseline, with further reductions expected as industry materials transition to lower greenhouse gas emissions. The company increased its use of carbon-free electricity to about 38% of total energy consumption. Safety initiatives were maintained, with no reported fatalities. Since 2019, IBP has provided $340,000 in assistance to employees and expanded programs related to safety, mental health, and financial wellness. The company expects to award its 500th scholarship through the IBP Foundation this fall, with total scholarship awards exceeding $6 million.
