Vonex (ASX:VN8) said the Supreme Court of New South Wales has approved Maxo Telecommunications' acquisition of all the shares of the company it does not already own, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company expects to lodge the court's orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Thursday, the filing said.

VN8 also expects to delist from the Australian Stock Exchange on Oct.21, the filing said.
