Propel Funeral Partners (ASX:PFP) appointed Non-Executive Director Naomi Edwards as new chair, effective at the conclusion of the annual general meeting (AGM) on Nov. 13, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Edwards will succeed current Chair Brian Scullin, who has decided to step down at the conclusion of the AGM, the filing said.
