Reitar Logtech Holdings (RITR) said Friday that it has entered into a partnership with casual catering supply chain provider Hangzhou Xianmu Technology.

Reitar said the collaboration will enable both parties to jointly create a global tokenized smart supply chain ecosystem for casual catering.

The parties will form a joint venture for Hong Kong and overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, Reitar said.

Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.

Reitar Logtech shares were up more than 7% in recent Friday premarket activity.
