Transurban Group has released its September quarter 2025 business update, reporting a 2.7% increase in average daily traffic $(ADT)$ across the Group to 2.6 million trips per day. Melbourne reported a 3.2% increase in ADT to 840,000 transactions. Despite adverse weather conditions and ongoing construction in CBD areas, Sydney's CBD assets recorded growth in September for the first time since April 2024. While car traffic in Sydney increased by 2.1%, large vehicle traffic declined by 2.2%. In North America, ADT rose by 6.8% with notable growth in both workday and weekend traffic. Transurban also reaffirmed its FY26 distribution guidance at 69.0 cents per security, representing approximately 6% growth on FY25.
