Li-S Energy (ASX:LIS) agreed to work with defense technology company Praetorian Aeronautics to integrate the company's battery technology into Praetorian's counter-unmanned aerial vehicle interceptor drones and airborne platforms, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement outlines a framework for joint technical evaluations, testing, and potential integrations, with commercial outcomes based on the results and openness to broader opportunities in defense and related markets, the filing said.
Shares of Li-S Energy rose nearly 9% in morning trade Thursday.
