Infratil (NZE:IFT, ASX:IFT) said that CDC Data Centre, in which it holds a 48% stake, is set to partner with Firmus Technologies and US-based Nvidia to deliver artificial intelligence factory capability by April 2026, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The first stage of the new partnership involves 40 megawatts of data center capacity, per the filing.
Shares of the company rose past 2% in recent Thursday trade in New Zealand.
