** Wall Street analysts see JBHT reporting Q3 adj EPS of $1.46 vs $1.49 in year-ago quarter on rev of $3.03 bln vs $3.07 bln year-ago, according to data gathered by LSEG

** In last 8 quarters it has met or beat revenue expectations just 4 times while EPS beat expectations twice in the same timeframe

** In July JBHT.O reported a drop in Q2 earnings, as increased expenses for wages, equipment weighed on its margins. Last week Stephens cut its PT for the co citing expectations for declining intermodal volumes in the second half due to soft demand

** JBHT last at $140.68 vs median PT of $158.50, up from $157 a month ago, as per LSEG, which shows 27 analyst ratings: 7 'strong buy,' 7 'buy,' 12 'hold' and 1 'sell'

** YTD stock is down ~18% vs decline of ~2% for the Dow Jones Transport average index .DJT
