** Bouygues Telecoms, Iliad-owned Free and Orange bid 17 billion euros ($19.78 billion) for most of Altice France's assets, excluding stakes in several fibre assets and the activities in French overseas departments and regions

** Shares in Bouygues rise 8.5% to their highest price since mid-May, 2018
