iWOW Technology (SGX:NXR) secured approval from the Singapore Exchange to list 15 million shares, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore bourse.

Earlier, the company had outlined plans to raise around SG$3 million through the issuance of 15 million shares to shareholder Mehta Vimesh Piyush at SG$0.20 apiece.

Shares of the company were up over 5% in Tuesday trading.
