Trio AI, a joint venture company of Valuetronics' (SGX:BN2) subsidiary, Value Match, with Sinnet Cloud, raised HK$15 million through a share subscription agreement with YH Inv Holdings, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Valuetronics' shares were up nearly 1% in Wednesday trading.

Following the completion of the subscription, Trio AI's share capital is HK$29 million, with YH Inv having a 51.7% stake.

Meanwhile, Trio AI has ceased to be the company's subsidiary and has instead become an associate of the company.
