Datang Environment Industry (HKG:1272) completed the issue of 500 million yuan of 1.77% bonds falling due in 268 days to qualified investors, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The environmental services provider will use proceeds from the issue to repay interest-bearing liabilities.
