Cloudflare (NET) said Monday that its connectivity cloud platform will be available on Oracle's (ORCL) cloud infrastructure.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
This integration will help reduce latency and strengthen security across cloud environments for customers, Cloudflare said.
The cloud company said it will provide details of the partnership Tuesday at its user conference in Las Vegas.
Shares of Cloudflare were up nearly 4% in recent trading, while Oracle rose 5.2%.
