The company has submitted all necessary reports to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management as part of the National Environmental Policy Act review. The Tonopah Flats Lithium Project, considered one of the largest lithium projects in the United States, was designated a Transparency Priority Project by the FAST-41 Permitting Council and has since been upgraded to a Covered Priority Project. This designation is expected to expedite federal approvals and permitting, supporting the company's efforts to advance domestic lithium production and battery recycling capabilities.
