Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) defended its decision not to disclose the suspension of former Chief Executive David Dicker in its response to the ASX Query Letter filed Monday with the Australian bourse.
The company said Dicker was suspended from performing his duties as chairman and CEO in April to allow for a probe into a confidential whistleblower complaint made against him.
The company maintained that the suspension information was not expected to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities, per the filing.
