Nuvve Holding Corp. has agreed to sell its entire equity interest in Dreev SAS, representing approximately 4.65% of the company, to its strategic partner EDF Développement Environnement SA for a lump sum payment of 800,000 Euros. Dreev SAS was originally formed in 2019 as a joint venture between Nuvve and EDF to develop vehicle-to-grid operations in several European countries. As part of the update, the parties have also entered into a Software Cross-License Agreement, granting each other exclusive licenses to certain software repositories related to vehicle-to-grid business operations in the relevant territories. The cross-license agreement will take effect on October 8, 2025, and remain in place for the duration of the longest applicable intellectual property right.
