Yueda Digital (YDKG) said Wednesday it signed a definitive agreement with certain investors for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 28 million units, targeting gross proceeds of about $28 million.

Shares sank 86% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 58.7 million from a daily average of about 739,000.

Aqua Metals (AQMS) said Wednesday it raised $13 million in gross proceeds from a leading institutional investor through a registered direct offering for the purchase and sale of about 1.1 million shares of common stock and/or prefunded warrants.

Shares plunged 58%, with intraday trading volume at 5.6 million versus a daily average of about 1.8 million.

Pixelworks (PXLW) said Wednesday it signed a definitive agreement to sell its shares in its subsidiary, Pixelworks Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) Co., to a special purpose entity led by VeriSilicon Microelectronics for 950 million renminbi ($133 million).

Shares of Pixelworks slumped 49% as intraday trading volume soared to over 3.1 million from a daily average of about 165,000.
