Oct 15 (Reuters) - Britain's telecom and media regulator on Wednesday said that it had fined Royal Mail 21 million pounds ($28.1 million), after the post and parcel group failed to meet delivery targets for 2024-2025, and warned that the levies are likely to continue unless improvements are made.
