Yojee (ASX:YOJ) signed a 12-month agreement with German firm Rohlig Logistics after the successful completion of their Transport Carrier Management System pilot in Singapore, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Rohlig Logistics will use the system to plan and execute transport movements with its contracted carriers, the filing said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The company plans to introduce the system initially in Australia, followed by New Zealand and Southeast Asia, per the filing.
Yojee shares fell more than 6% in midday trade Friday.
