China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Ltd. has announced its updated list of directors and their roles, effective from 17 October 2025, as filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Board is chaired by Mr. LIAO Qian, who serves as Non-executive Director and is also Chairperson of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Executive Directors include Mr. ZHANG Feng, who is also the Chief Executive Officer and a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees, Mr. XI Wenbo, and Mr. ZHANG Caili. The Board also comprises four Independent Non-executive Directors: Ms. HSU Wai Man Helen, who chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees; Mr. LI Yang, who is a member of all three committees; Mr. XU Yan, who chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees; and Ms. YANG Qiulin, who serves as a member of all three committees.
