Stellantis (STLA) Chief Executive Officer Antonio Filosa is to meet with Italian labor unions Monday, as the carmaker has paused production at several factories, Bloomberg News reported. Stellantis shares were 0.8% lower premarket.
Murphy USA (MUSA) said Chief Financial Officer Galagher Jeff left the company, and Donald Smith Jr. was appointed as interim CFO. Murphy USA stock was 2% higher pre-bell.
Nomad Foods (NOMD) shares were 1% higher after the company said it has launched refinancing of its existing US dollar-denominated term loan B of $679 million and euro-denominated term loan B of 130 million euros ($153 million) and 553 million euros.
