COG Financial Services (ASX:COG) completed the acquisition of an additional 14.1% stake in Fleet Network, raising its total ownership to 92.4%, effective Oct. 1, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The remaining 7.6% stake is retained by Fleet Network management, the filing added.
