Estun Automation (SHE:002747) subsidiary Dingkong Electromechanical is divesting its 48% stake in Yangzhou Shuguang to Wuxi Sunshare Cable Technology for 244.8 million yuan.

The deal, part of a larger transaction where Wuxi Sunshare Cable Technology acquires a total 62% controlling interest, values the target company at 510 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
