Ocean One (HKG:8476) said it has received approval in principle from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to transfer its listing to the Main Board from GEM, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

Shares of the frozen seafood importer and wholesaler rose nearly 15% in Friday morning trade.

Trading on the main board is scheduled to begin on Nov. 3, with the last trading day on GEM set for Oct. 31, the filing said.
