Nick Scali (ASX:NCK) said that Chairman John Ingram will retire at the conclusion of the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for Oct. 29, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Chief Executive Anthony Scali will assume the role of executive chairman, the filing added. The board also appointed Non-Executive Director William Koeck as deputy chair.
