Gentherm shares were 9% higher, at $37.33, after the company narrowed its revenue guidance for 2025.

The auto parts company said it now expects to have full-year revenue of $1.47 billion to $1.49 billion, a tighter range than its previous guidance of $1.43 billion to $1.5 billion.

The company said its guidance is based on current tariffs, and flat to slightly increasing light vehicle production in its relevant markets for full-year 2025 versus 2024.

Revenue for the quarter was $386.9 million, compared with last year's $371.5 million and the $375.2 million analysts had forecast.

Earnings for the quarter were $14.9 million, or 49 cents a share, compared with earnings of $16 million, or 51 cents a share, in the same quarter last year. Analysts polled by FactSet were looking for earnings of $19.6 million, or 65 cents a share.

Adjusted earnings were 73 cents a share, compared with the 65 cents analysts were looking for.

Gentherm said it has secured new business awards totaling $745 million, and was selected by a global furniture brand to supply comfort products, with start of production expected in the first quarter of 2026.
