HeartCore Issues One-Time 13-Cent Dividend

HeartCore Enterprises' board has authorized a one-time dividend payment of 13 cents a share.

The software development company said Monday that the dividend is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders.

The payout is equal to about 18% of the stock's closing price on Monday of 71 cents. Shares rose 14% to 83 cents after hours.

The dividend will be paid on Nov. 17 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 10.
