0138 GMT - Kasikornbank's bull at UOB Kay Hian raises earnings forecasts for the Thai bank by 7.5% for 2025, 5.4% for 2026, and 4.6% for 2027 to reflect its stronger-than-expected 3Q earnings. Analyst Thanawat Thangchadakorn says in a research report that the bank likely adopted a neutral tone at an analyst meeting. Management mentioned the bank will prioritize quality by selectively lending and will focus on cost management and productivity improvement, the analyst notes. The bank has also set aside adequate provisions to cushion against future uncertainties. UOB KH raises the stock's target price to THB200.00 from THB192.00 with an unchanged buy rating.
