Polaris Inc. reported third quarter 2025 sales of $1.842 billion, an increase of 7 percent compared to the same period last year. Adjusted sales for the quarter were $1.838 billion, also up 7 percent year-over-year. Gross profit margin was 20.6 percent, an increase of 6 basis points from the previous year. Total operating expenses reached $379.6 million, up 21 percent year-over-year. Adjusted net income attributable to Polaris was $23.3 million, a decrease of 43 percent compared to the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA margin was 7.6 percent, down 160 basis points. Year-to-date operating cash flow was $562 million. Powersports retail sales for the quarter increased 9 percent versus last year, with off-road vehicle retail sales also up 9 percent.
