Ebos Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) opened its new Symbion pharmacy wholesale distribution center in Kemps Creek, Sydney, the sixth site in its AU$360 million distribution center renewal program, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.

The Kemps Creek center serves 1,500 New South Wales customers, with capacity to expand, and features on-site energy generation via a 1.8-megawatt solar array, three 706-kilowatt (kW) bio-diesel generators, and a 669 kW battery, the filing said.

The old Sydney center is set to close by fiscal 2026.

The company expects a 30% reduction in annual capital expenditure following the completion of the renewal program in 2026, with only two sites remaining, the filing added.
