Productive Technologies Company Limited announced it has received equipment evaluation agreements for its OCTOPUS 12-inch single wafer cleaning equipment from two semiconductor customers. One customer, a 12-inch wafer foundry, will purchase two OCTOPUS units for use in 28nm process cleaning steps. The other customer, a 12-inch high-performance analog and power device fabrication facility, will purchase one OCTOPUS unit and one CUBE 6- to 12-inch single wafer cleaning equipment. Additionally, the company recently received evaluation agreements for three more CUBE units from power device customers, with one unit already delivered. Revenue from these agreements has not yet been recognized. The company stated that the customers and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties.
