Everest Group Ltd. reported net income of $255 million for the third quarter of 2025, compared to $509 million for the same period in 2024. Net operating income for the quarter was $316 million, down from $630 million in the third quarter of 2024. Gross written premium for the quarter was $4.375 billion, a decrease from $4.425 billion in the prior year period, while net written premium declined to $3.754 billion from $3.805 billion. Year-to-date net income was $1.145 billion, compared to $1.966 billion in the previous year. Year-to-date net operating income totaled $1.326 billion, versus $2.070 billion last year. Operating cash flow for the quarter was $1.5 billion, compared to $1.7 billion in the third quarter of 2024. The company also expects to take a pre-tax non-operating charge of $250 million to $350 million associated with a recent transaction, to be recognized over 2025 and 2026. Annualized total shareholder return was 12.3%.
