Ten Holdings Inc. announced that it has entered into a digital reseller program agreement with Xcyte Digital Corporation. Under the agreement, Ten Holdings will have the right to integrate, bundle, and resell Xcyte's conferencing products and services as part of its offerings to current and future customers. The agreement has an initial term of three years with automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides thirty days' notice of non-renewal. Payment terms include fixed annualized fees for current customers and a revenue-sharing or discounted list price arrangement for future customers. The agreement also includes mutual indemnification, confidentiality, and other customary provisions, and is contingent upon the execution of an escrow agreement within 20 days of the agreement's effective date.
