Nanfang Communication (HKG:1617) completed the disposal of a 4% stake in Source Photonics on Oct. 24, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the fiber optic cable maker were up nearly 2% in Monday afternoon trading.

The parties had first entered an agreement for the sale in June.

Source Photonics engages mainly in the design, manufacture, and sale of optical communication devices, components, modules and subsystems used in communication networks.
